InfoSeal®
is a one part self-mailer document for use on laser and impact printers.
The document is created in either a cut sheet or continuous format with
a pre-applied, patented, heat resistant water-soluble adhesive. The
document is processed through a printer, either laser or impact, imaged
and then taken over to a piece of finishing
equipment ,
Imprints
on Demand (IOD) and
Stock.
The equipment models that are available vary from desktop environments
to high volume processing.
InfoSeal Mailing Solutions brings to market innovative document
solutions via proprietary self-mailer technology, coupled with a number
of different folding/sealing machines. InfoSeal is already being
successfully used by over 2,000 companies throughout the U.S.
The equipment is serviced by
Bell & Howell. Bell & Howell Company, one of the largest
service providers in the world, provides service for the InfoSeal folder
sealers. Service is offered in every state in the country with the
number of field technicians over 300 strong. Knowledgeable technicians
are trained extensively on the InfoSeal line to offer support 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week.

needs. Features include numerous sizes, papers, ink colors,
patches, die-cuts, and value-added features such as ID cards,labels,and

IMPRINTS
ON DEMAND
Offers the flexibility of
adding multiple ink colors to pre-designed open formats to obtain the
look of a Custom InfoSeal without paying for custom setups. IODs
are delivered in less time and at lower costs. Minimum quantity is
1000 and delivery is 3 weeks.
Stock
The largest selection of
off-the-shelf Stock InfoSeal available in 24-hour shipments from 3
different locations. They satisfy market place demand for high
productivity and low cost. Minimum quantity is 1,000.
