Stock InfoSeal Products

Our stock product line consists of software-compatible stock mailers, both 1-way and 2-way, which serve the Healthcare market as well as mailers for Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Distribution, Multi-Purpose, and High Priority applications.
Also included in our stock products are 8 Stock Integrated Label products. Customers may choose to combine a packing list with a shipping label or an invoice or a return authorization form with shipping labels.
InfoCard® integrates a form with one or two credit-card size cards for identification or membership cards.
If you’re looking for pressure sensitive labels for the medical market, Infoseal has an extensive line of E-Z Transcription labels, Patient Charge (piggyback) Labels, and Laser Labels.
If you are looking for Stock InfoSeal® products, Omega's 1-part mailing solution for laser and impact printers, email us a request for our new InfoSeal® catalog. Stock InfoSeal® items have been designed for payroll check, invoice, statement, and high-priority direct mail applications.
Why Stock Products?
Stock products are more economical in small quantities than custom forms and satisfy marketplace demands for high productivity and low cost. Stock products also provide an immediate solution while a custom form is being developed.
Stock products are available in quantities as low as 1,000. Some items, such as labels, may be ordered in even smaller quantities. Shipping is guaranteed within 24 hours provided the forms are in stock.
Imprints On Demand (IOD) is our semi-custom line of InfoSeal self mailers. With IOD you can add multiple ink colors to over 20 different pre-designed open formats to achieve the look of a Custom InfoSeal order without paying for custom setups. IOD’s can be ordered in quantities from 1,000 to 50,000 and delivered in less time than a custom order and at a lower cost.Design Templates are available and make creating any application a snap.

Our Open Design Formats are available in cut sheet and continuous. Five formats come with response envelopes and pre-positioned remittance portions.
Check formats are designed for security and incorporate fraud deterrent features such as multi-color pantographs, micro-line printing, Void background and Pseudo watermarks. Some of the check formats are available without preprinted pantographs so custom pantographs can be printed.
IOD is ideally suited for use with our new DFS1000 Desktop Folder Sealer and meets the needs of those customers whose forms usage requirements may be less than the minimum quantities required of a custom InfoSeal order.
