InfoSeal
High Performance Folder/Sealer |
|
Able
to process up to 30,000 (8 1/2" x 11") documents per hour using
a self-cleaning pressurized system with a vacuum-controlled water flow.
This high-performance system can handle a wide variety of form sizes and
applications: Width variances from 4" - 14" and depths from
7"- 17". Documents can be designed in either cut sheet or
continuous formats, including value-added features such as ID cards,
integrated or tipped-on labels, two-way designs or additional plies. the
system prepares documents in "V" or "C" folds for
mailing. For continuous applications options include an in-line check
signer and a burster/merger that bursts two forms and feeds into the
folder/seale in guaranteed sequence for high volume mailings.
The water is sprayed directly
onto the adhesive as the forms are processed through the equipment and the
water is recirculated and captured into the holding tank below. The
machine has a three gallon water reservoir (recommend distilled water)
that can process up to 250,000 documents without refilling. And the
moistening system can be turned off to operate as a plain paper folder --
another added benefit from InfoSeal!
Cut sheet InfoSeal forms are fed
into the folder/sealer with an air filtered, vacuum fed infeed tray. This
system feeds the forms from the bottom of the tray, so that forms can be
continually added while the equipment is operating.
With the optional inserter you
can add tickets, coupons, envelopes -- any two items that fit within the
fold requirements.

ANNOUNCING
Z - FOLD CAPABILITY ON THE
INFOSEAL® HIGH PERFORMANCE FOLDER/SEALER |
The
Infoseal 2708 High Performance Folder Sealer. Now you can choose
from three different fold types: C, V, and our new Z
fold. With Z fold, all the laser printed information is generated on
one side of the document eliminating the need for a diecut window and
glassine patch. High speed laser printer users can now greatly
improve their production by loading infeed drawers to capacity and lower
operating costs by simplex printing their InfoSeal mailers.
The 2708 has the fastest throughput in the
industry processing 30M documents per hour. The loading
capacity on the 2708 has been improved, providing a smoother and more
efficient infeed. Z Fold is available in 11" form size with
plans to include 14" in the future.

the folder/sealer with a friction feeder that feeds the forms from the

Model 2612
Mid Range Folder/Sealer with Model 2620 Document Feeder
The model 2620 Document Feeder
for use with the InfoSeal 2612 Mid-Range Folder Sealer.
The new feeder holds 250 sheets of 24# - 28# InfoSeal. The
feeder is modular in design and can be retrofitted to any existing
Mid-Range InfoSeal system. Documents are stack loaded onto
an elevator platform, which eliminates the need for an operator to
shingle the forms prior to loading. The result is an easier
system to use with a smoother pick-off of the documents and less
operator intervention. The 2620 feeder is equipped with a double
feed detector ensuring document integrity on each run. The 2620
feeder is designed for use with 11" and 14" single ply
InfoSeal forms. Output has also been improved with the 2625
Output Stack Rollers. The 2625 roller assembly improves
the stacking on the Midrange system to coincide with the improved
feeding. The new rollers are a standard feature on all 2612
Midrange Folder Sealers and can be added to any existing TAB or Pitney
Bowes Midrange system. So upgrade both the infeed and output
with the 2620/2625 Upgrade Kit. It makes processing
InfoSeal almost effortless. |
