If you need to add additional perforations,
numbering, MICR, punching or even special packing.
Carbon Interleaved
Continuous Forms:
Bond papers with one-time carbons are interleaved into continuous forms.
Carbons may be either blue or black, standard
grade medium intensity. Black carbons are recommended for machine use.
Carbonless Continuous
Forms:
Carbonless papers (often referred to as NCR paper) can also be provided.
Carbonless papers use two chemical coatings
(capsules), one on the face the other on the back of a sheet of paper. When
pressure is applied (ie: handwriting, typing or machine impact) the two
capsules interact and create an image.
Forms must be engineered so that papers are
properly in position.
- Part 1 of a form set would most often use a
coated back sheet - CB
- Inside parts would contain a coating on both
the front and the back - CFB
- The Last part only need have a coating on the
face - CF

Features:
Form Sizes: Form sizes available are 3 1/2", 3 2/3",
4 1/4", 5 1/2", 5 2/3", 7", 7 1/3", 8 1/2",
11" and 14".
Ink: One or more ink colors may be used. If a PMS match color
is needed, we will print in the ink color requested.
Marginal Words: Marginal words such as "Customer's Copy, File
Copy," etc., to denote disposition of parts will be printed in one line of
our standard 10-point type. Type is not more than four inches long. Color
optional with factory.
Perforations: Horizontal "crash" perforations are between
sets, through both paper and carbon. Vertical perforations are 1/2 inch from the
edge of the sheet on each side of the form for removal of line-hole punched
margins. (This can be omitted if requested.)
Line-Hole Marginal Punching: Punching is through paper along both sides
of the forms. Size 5 /32" holes are spaced 1/4" from the edge of the
sheet to the center of the hole and are spaced 1/2 inch center-to-center
lengthwise.
Construction: Multiple-copy forms are assembled with non-processed
carbon between parts, running between the marginal holes in the paper. Paper and
carbon are held in place by means of "crimping" every 2 inches along
either or both sides and by the horizontal "crash" perforation between
sets. Special fastenings, such as glue, interrupt and taping, are also
available.
Packing: Uniform quantities are fold-packed in corrugated cartons of
convenient size. Label shows complete information as to quantity, form number,
form name and numbers contained in the carton. |
