repair and spare parts distribution. As a factory-trained resource for most types of Auto ID equipment, we provide repairs as well as
spare parts for most equipment on the market today. We make service easy! We offer on-site repairs in your state and across the entire USA, as well as in Canada and Mexico. Our depot repair centers are conveniently located for expedited repairs, and we provide cost-effective annual maintenance contracts to help your customers plan their repair expenses for an entire year. Depot repairs are performed at one of our convenient depot locations across the USA, in Canada and Mexico, and returned quickly to you or your customer. Depot service is available for bar code printers on a contract or non-contract (time and material) basis. On-site printer repairs are available throughout the United States, Canada and parts of Mexico. On-site repairs are performed at the printer location by factory-trained technicians, who arrive weekdays within a normal 24-hour response time from the initial service call.
