Order Imprinted Items

From the OmegaOnline sidebar, select Custom Imprinting to order template items (i.e. Business Cards, Letterhead, Envelopes, etc.)

Click on the item you wish to order.  For example, Business Card.  A sample (samples, if more than one version is available) of the item will be displayed.  If the selected item can be customized, (like business cards) click in the area that can be customized (i.e., the name area).  The window below will open.  Fill in all required fields, select the quantity you wish to order from the Quantity drop down box, and click Preview Order to view the item before submitting it, or click Submit Order.  The message "Order Entered, Thank You!  Order ID #XXX" will confirm the order has been sent.

The option "Click HERE for Order History" at the top of the page is for order history and to simplify reorders.  Clicking on the HERE will list order history for this cost center, based on the Name field, as in the table below.  If this order is a repeat of a previous order, click on the Select button next to the name to be re-ordered.  The window above will open with all the fields copied from the last time the person ordered.  Verify the  information is correct, then Preview or Submit the order as above.  (The delete option is allowed or not allowed in Administration/security settings.)

If you have an e-mail address you will receive an e-mail from OmegaOnline recapping your order information.

Select an item from the sidebar to continue with OmegaOnline tasks, or Logout to end the session.
